NCLEX Review: The Heart

The driving force behind the human circulatory system is the heart. The heart consists primarily of four chambers through which the blood passes: the right atrium, the right ventricle, the left atrium and the left ventricle. In addition to knowing what these four chambers are for the NCLEX exam, you will also need to know the path of the blood flow through the heart. In this NCLEX review video we will show you how the blood pumps throughout the heart, from the time it enters the heart to the time it travels to the body’s extremities and vital organs, with the assistance of a pictorial representation of the heart.
