Indiana CORE Exceptional Needs – Mild Intervention: Reading Instruction

The Indiana Core Exceptional Needs – Mild Intervention: Reading Instruction exam is an assessment of an individual’s knowledge that is required to teach reading skills to students with exceptional needs. The exam is based upon 2 standards: Foundations of Scientifically Based Reading Instruction, and Components of Scientifically Based Reading Instruction. The test lasts 45 minutes and contains 40 multiple-choice questions. Success on this exam is a required step in the process of becoming a state-licensed Indiana public school educator.
