NCLEX Review: Stress

Stress is something that every human being goes through at one point or another throughout their lifetime. Join us as we discuss the universal human response to stress, General Adaptation Syndrome, or GAS for short. On the NCLEX exam, you will need to know its three stages: stimulation, resistance and exhaustion. As we discuss these three stages during this NCLEX review video, we will talk about what these levels look like, how they affect the body and why the exhaustion stage is most damaging to the body if stress is left in a prolonged state.
