MTTC Biology Practice Test

The MTTC series consists of a group of subject tests that shows whether the test taker is qualified to teach a specific subject in Michigan. The MTTC Biology (17) exam is one of these subject tests. In order to become a biology teacher in the state of Michigan, one must pass this examination.

Our MTTC Biology practice test will make sure that you are ready on test day for everything you will see! Offered as both a computer-based exam and a paper-and-pencil exam, the MTTC Biology test consists of 100 multiple-choice questions that are broken down into several major knowledge domains. These domains and how much of the test they cover are as follows: Foundations of Scientific Inquiry (19%), Cellular Function (15%), Heredity and Evolutionary Changes (22%), Organization of Living Things (22%), and Ecological Systems (22%).
