Cooper Personal Trainer Practice Lessons
The Cooper Personal Trainer Certification Exam is an assessment that is used to measure the test-taker’s knowledge and ability to perform adequately as a personal trainer. The Cooper Personal Trainer Certification Exam consists of four main content areas. These content areas are as follows: Core Knowledge, which will cover 30 percent of the exam; Health and Medical Review, and Fitness Assessment, which will cover 20 percent of the exam; Fitness Training: Design, Implementation, and Evaluation, which will cover 40 percent of the exam; as well as Professional Responsibilities, which will cover the remaining 10 percent of the exam. The test-taker will have up to two hours to complete the 100 multiple-choice exam.
