FINRA Code of Arbitration Review

The Code of Arbitration procedure gives differing parties the opportunity to present their cases to a panel, with the intent of fairly resolving the dispute. The Code of Arbitration has both pros and cons. Some benefits of the Code of Arbitration include: absolute resolution, a lower cost than litigation, and a panel that is designed to eliminate bias.
