Code of Arbitration

The Code of Arbitration procedure gives differing parties the opportunity to present their cases to a panel, with the intent of fairly resolving the dispute. The Code of Arbitration has pro’s, and Con’s. Some of the benefits of the Code of Arbitration include:absolute resolution, lower cost than litigation, and a panel that is designed to eliminate bias.
