This section will measure the test taker’s knowledge related to fitness concepts, anatomy and physiology, as well as kinesiology. While taking the practical portion of
the test, the test taker must demonstrate the skills needed to be a proficient personal trainer. Skills such as warm-ups, cardio exercises, cool-downs, and muscle isolation workouts and stretches. The test is taken online and scores will be announced around two days after the test has been taken.
