I seriously could not have passed without this! This was extremely easy to read and i LOVE that it includes codes for videos! The lady breaks it down for you and after 10 years and 5 kids i felt hopeless and bought this on whim. I’m so glad i did. I recommend this too anyone but especially to the ones that struggle with test taking.
I got this for my kid who’s been out of high school for a couple of years and is thinking about going to community college. They just needed a solid refresher. It has eight practice tests and mini quizzes at the end of each chapter, which is pretty cool. The practice helps them stay sharp and a little more disciplined. The online features are super helpful too, especially since they can check transcripts instead of listening to audio, which can be a bit distracting for some. Overall, I think this book’s a good one to have around — it’s a decent guide and great for a refresher!

Everything is organized well and nicely labeled. I very much liked that most of the content comes with videos. The book succinctly explains a concept and then shares a review link and code to find a video providing additional information on that specific content. I think that is where the extra value lies. If you’re confident and only need a quick review, you can simply read through the book, but if you need more help or are more of an aural learner, then the videos are great.
