Write an essay where you tell us about what drives you in your pursuit of your graduate degree.

I was born and raised in a family who primarily depends on horticulture for living. Most of my early life was spend essentially involving with the growing, marketing, selling and accounting of fruits. Perhaps because of this I was more inclined toward the field of business and entrepreneurship from early days, which directed me to opt career in business. The dedication in the direction of my aspiration guided me to be selected for admission into the bachelor’s degree in business administration program with full tuition scholarship at Ace Institute of Management, a highly-ranked management school of my country.
My undergraduate coursework focused on management, marketing, accounting, insurance, and international banking system. After graduating with Business Administration degree, I worked as an active working member of the group. In recent years, the business world has become rapidly integrated across once restricting borders and anyone with high goals in the business world must have an international perspective and be aware of the realities of different international arenas. Hence, I realize the time has come to take my understanding of the business management to the next level. I believe, Master's Degree will provide me with theoretical understanding, an in-depth idea of practical approaches in aiding managerial decision-making and research skills to enable me to develop an expertise in the core areas of business strategies and global corporate financial operations. I believe, MBA degree will teach me how to tailor the strategies for different business purposes. As a native of a developing country Nepal, I am familiar with the outgrowing markets of my country. The huge demand of qualified individuals in business corporates in Nepal, urged me to develop myself as an ambitious believer. The advance learning experience from an American University will surely guide me to channelize my potentials to acquire something exquisite, for me, for my country and for the world.
