Write an essay where you tell us what test preparation practices work best for you and why.

My test practices consist of reducing stress while studying. While a test is approaching(maybe a week or two) I review for a max of about an hour each day outside of school. I make sure to review content and practice everyday while not constantly worrying about or overworking myself. When the test is only a few days away, I review random info to replicate the difficulty of tests themselves. The day before the test I will relax myself(music, or after exercising) then review to make sure I eliminate stress about it. The morning before, I make sure to eat breakfast, and as the test approaches I tune things out to keep my head clear and remove any stress.
