Position Summary:

We are looking for a smart, motivated individual to create exceptional new instructional content and practice questions that will help test-takers succeed on the CRCST and CSPDT exams.

Role Qualifications:

• A CRCST or CSPDT credential or experience training individuals seeking one of these certifications.
• Strong working knowledge of the following topics: Decontamination and Disinfection, Preparation and Handling, Sterilization Process, Sterile Storage, Inventory Management and Distribution, Patient Care Equipment, and Ethics.

Details of Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research to deepen understanding of the subject matter, ensuring content is communicated effectively and comprehensively.
• Craft high-quality, original practice questions and detailed answer explanations to enhance our service offering to customers.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure that all contributions align with specified requirements.
• Embrace and act on constructive feedback promptly, applying necessary revisions to work as needed.
• Submit weekly updates to track and report on progress consistently.
