Write an essay where you tell us what test preparation practices work best for you and why.

The way I prepare myself for tests is very simple. First things first, I have to get my mind right. I go to the gym to get all of the extra energy out of my system. I usually spend an hour at the gym so that I don't lose all of my energy. Once the iron has been pumped, I hit the books. I usually like to space my studying out for a couple of hours just so I don't get bored with the same information. I tend to get very anxious when I'm sitting in one place for too long. To combat this, I study for thirty minutes and then maybe photoshop or edit a video. I like to do something that keeps my mind occupied just so that the brain fluid is still running. After a couple pointless memes are made that I find amusing, I get back to studying. I read over my notes, solve the practice problems, look over my stupid mistakes, and boom thirty minutes have passed. The cycle continues. For me constantly studying for a long period of time frys my brain. I have to take breaks or the knowledge gained can't be processed. It's helpful to give my mind a nice cool down before jamming it with calculus equations and old english dialect!
