Write an essay where you tell us what test preparation practices work best for you and why.

When preparing for a test, its essential for me to have hard copy notes that I can easily go back and review. Its less complex when you write things out and make sense of what the notes are on . Its best to always write down key words when studying for a test. Apart from memorizing what your write down, key words saves time from unnecessary writing. For example, A topic could be specifically on sickle cell disease, the most important thing you want to take on sickle cell disease are its functions, its causes, its effect on the body, whose more liable to get it, and anything that could help you better understand the basics of the topic. As oppose to you writing a notes on insufficient notes that aren't helpful to you test day. There are many times where I've taken useful notes but decided to cram all the information in at once. Its important you set aside time while studying each material to take in the information diligently. From experience, the best option would be to time yourself when studying each section. I made the mistake of studying 4 different sections the day before test day. Each topic took up to 45 mins and for some reason it was ideal in my head to do all at once. Once I was done studying that night everything seemed great. However the following morning it was almost like a blur. I could only remember partial information about the topic and wasn't confident in myself testing the entire time. You don't want that to be you.
