Write an essay where you tell us what test preparation practices work best for you and why.

A test preparation that works best for me is varied format preparation. Varied format preparation is where a teacher assigns practice with content not only as how it will be on the test but in other forms as well. This test preparation gives the student a clear understanding of the material. Not only that but, it provides the student with the content in different forms. These various forms allow students to practice the different methods on how to solve the problem. For example, in math, there are several ways to solve systems of equations. For instance, in math, there are several ways to solve systems of equations. A teacher teaches the different methods on how to solve system of equations, so they’re students don’t get lost on a test.
It works best for me because if I'm taught something a certain way, and there's no variety taught of how to find the answer, I tend to get stuck on questions. This preparation allows me to know what to expect when taking a test. I feel that with this test preparation, it is easier for me to master the skill because I learn to answer the question in many ways while seeing the content in many forms. That way if I see a question that confuses me, I can use my knowledge and figure out which solution I learned best fits to work out the problem.
