Write an essay where you tell us what test preparation practices work best for you and why.
For me personally, I really like to write things down. I remember things better when I have physically written them down and see were they are on a page. This helps both my visual and physical learning. My favorite way of doing this is often through flash cards. There are some great programs out there, like Quizlet, that are helpful but I prefer to use actual paper.
Another great way to prepare for tests, is to understand how the material can effect me personally. This way helps me to remember the material long term. For example, how and when to use certain aspects of math, how I can relate to different historic figures throughout different life circumstances, even how to recognize the kinds of clouds in the sky, or how to appreciate performances or art galleries Practicing this kind of thinking and studying makes learning and testing more enjoyable. When you recognize it has a benefit instead of a burden, your eyes will be opened. .
