Write an essay where you tell us what test preparation practices work best for you and why.

College classes this semester hit me like walking into clean glass. I had an idea of what was coming but proceeded to think obliviously. Muscle memory has always been a strength for me and i figured my best bet for studying, would be to treat my brain like a muscle. With pretty large exams, most all of my professors give out study guides or an outline in order to give direction to our thoughts, which was a godsend. Memorizing the study guides or outlines is the most effective form of studying for an exam for me that doesn't consume all of my time. My second option, I do before studying, create and work with study groups. As everyone may not be as much of a social butterfly as me, it seems to be pretty effective because the conversation becomes well rounded and can give you different opinions and options. Lastly, if all else fails, repetition. Repetition has easily become one of my best friends in that there is a chance, even if its minuscule, that two or three words connect between a question and answer. Who knows, might be a million dollar question.
