Once I am done with the studying portion of the test prep, if it is possible for me to do so, I do some light stretching and yoga before I actually go in to take the test. I find that intentional movement and stretching help get my body caught up with my brain in the functional department. If there is no way for me to do any sort of stretching, I try to go for a short but brisk walk beforehand. I just want to do something that could help rejuvenate me as I head in to take the test.
Finally, as I sit down to test, I say a little prayer because I’ve done everything I can do to prepare, so why not ask for a little extra help!
