Some test preparations that have worked for me in the past are a good nights rest for one. I know a lot of people tell you that a good nights rest and a good breakfast helps but it really does. When you wake up feeling rejuvenated and ready to start your day it changes everything! Another test preparation that I have used to help me in the past is a positive mindset. If you go into a test or exam or anything that may be important with a mindset that you are going to fail and you feel that you aren't ready, can hinder what you actually learned and taught yourself because you are so focused on the negatives instead of the positives. Lastly, one more preparation I have used is studying. This one may seem like a "no brainer" when it comes to a test but lots of people tend to not take the time to study even if it just a quick 30 minute study session. It truly does help when you sit and just focus on what you have been taught and just remembering what you learned then just to go in and wing it or look at your notes 10 minutes before the test. Take your time and sit for a a little bit just to refresh and know that you at least got yourself to study. It will make you have way more confidence going into your test or exam which can also help with that positive mind aspect as well.
