Write an essay where you tell us what test preparation practices work best for you and why.

The way that I like to practice is by creating some kind of notes. These notes will include all information necessary for the specific test. Personally I like to associate words with pictures and/or abbreviations, this allows me to memorize words based of more than just the definition. For example growing up I spoke Spanish so I had to learn English. Among the mist of learning a whole new language at a young age I always confused simple concepts like left and right in both Spanish and English. The way I learned the difference was if you hold up your hands in a "L" shape, the left hand makes an "L" as where the right hand doesn't. Now with Spanish neither begins with an "L" so realized they are just in reverse alphabetical order. It's weird little things like this that set things apart for me to remember easily.
