Write an essay where you tell us what test preparation practices work best for you and why.

I have always believed that the best way to prepare for a test should not be a day before the test, but at least a week where you can go over the information that you need slowly and you are able to take everything in instead of having to cramp everything into one study session. this will only bring stress to yourself and it will be harder to take information in when you're having to review so many things at a time. It should be the opposite of trying to fit all the information in one day, you should be trying to clear your mind and take a day to relief the stress this way when it comes time to actually test you have a clear mind and you are able to identify the things that you do know and process your information. When it comes to the actual moment of testing i think the best thing to do is to get a good breakfast or lunch, because you want to get rid of as much things that will distract you during the time of testing. you do not want to go into a long test with an empty stomach that will take your focus away from what is important. It is always little things during your test that matter for you to be fully invested and feel comfortable. I myself think it is very important for me to have water and gum which are my essentials because it is the way for me to feel like I can keep fresh and awake. Also try to find what the best strategy for you to take test is, whether it is a time that is being time or a test that has different testing factor such as multiple choice and open answer questions. one should strategize their test taking that way when the test comes they will be able to feel as though the test comes a little easier to them because it is about finding the best and most comfortable way fro you to test. Some people are not good when it comes to test taking and even if the information is there it becomes hard for them to get a good outcome, the best thing to do is to find the way to relax and change such little things that will help them see a change.
