My greatest talent is multi-tasking. Ever since I can remember, I’ve never had a complete afternoon to do homework or simply relax. An ordinary day in the life of Fabiola Garcia consists of driving every day to Imperial Valley college at 7 am in the morning, rushing through my courses, doing homework, drive back home, healthy eating, and riding my bike. You might be thinking to yourself, “Riding her bike? What is so great about riding a bike that takes time away from school?” Well to me, riding my bike is everything. I wake up every weekend to an 80-mile bike ride, and go to bed during a week day after a 50-mile ride. I completely love it. I have raced as an Elite woman for around 2 years now, and I plan to become a Professional Road-Cyclist. Cycling along with Mathematics are my biggest passions and fears. I believe there would be no passion if fear did not exist. I am fearful of not becoming the person I want to be. Fearful of Universities not looking for who I want to be but instead looking for someone who wants to be like them; Therefore, I am passionate towards attending this University while juggling sports. I have been able to live a healthy lifestyle by being a multi-tasker. Multi- tasking gives me a thrill and a certain level of accomplishment, and I believe it is essential to handle one or more activities at a time in order to keep your brain active and in development. Multi- tasking says a lot about a person, and about me, I believe it says how much I want to strive in so many different areas, and how eager I am to complete them.
