Write an essay where you tell us what test preparation practices work best for you and why.

I think they key is take it easy! Do all of your studying ahead of time. If you cram, you stress out your brain. So really the key is plan ahead. I like to keep things organized from the get go. That way I plan what I need to study and when, much before taking the test. Then the night before any big tests, I relax, eat some good food, and let my brain take a break. I go to bed at a normal time so that I don't throw off my sleep, and I wake up, exercise enough to get me going but not to tire myself out, and eat some good food to start my day. That way, when I arrive to take the test, I am calm, relaxed, and my brain is active and ready to go! And it works for me!
