Write an essay where you tell us what test preparation practices work best for you and why.

My preparation begins with clearing my desk/work area, then I move on to exercise. I usually do yoga or five rites. The five rites are a Tibetan flow of exercises to stretch the body and calm the mind.
The five rites consist of spinning to your right with arms up at shoulder level, then moving to cow pose, the third exercise is leg-ups, moving on to the bridge, and ending with downward dog position. Each exercise consists of 21 maximum repetitions. Here is a youtube video of the five rites: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8RMuXIZAtA It usually takes about 25 minutes to complete. After completion of the five rites, I set my desk area up with my snacks and drink(s). At this point, I'm ready to take and pass my exam.
Why does it work for me? It helps to destress from a long day at work or the anxiety of taking an exam.
