Write an essay where you tell us what test preparation practices work best for you and why.

A great way to prepare for test is to not procrastinate, this is seriously hard but you have to be motivated as hell. So how exactly do you even start the process of studying? Well you first need to take good notes in class. Always have a notebook ready and jot things down into them. You can even use a lot of acronyms if you have to memorize something.

You can also have a planner and write down deadlines. So you can plan accordingly. One huge tip that greatly helps me is after a session or class I look over the notes I wrote down and the previous notes. Sometimes you can be in the moment and write things down and not actually retain the information. So what helps is looking at those notes.

And when taking notes spilt them into sections and it could even help with using colored markers or drawing graphics if you are a visual learner like me

Lastly when studying, it is OKAY to take breaks, but not too many breaks! What I like to do on my small 5-10 minutes breaks while studying is to eat a small snack or just relax.

I could go on and on how to get ready for exams and etc. But its all up to how you as a person are. You have to figure out what works best for you. The way I studying and get myself prepared for a exam, might not be the same for someone else.

I would like to end this essay on one note. I am thankful for you to be taking your time to look at my essay. And financially, it is hard for both of my parents to take care of six kids with the youngest one being an infant, all the while juggling my school’s finances. Currently, my dad is the only one financially stable in my family. My mother lost her job last year and only has a small amount of money saved up for me since losing her job was unexpected. I really hope that I will be able to receive this scholarship because it will really help both of my parents. I have made it this far, and I really hope to keep this strengths up! Thank you once again!
