Write an essay where you tell us what test preparation practices work best for you and why.

For my testing practice I tend to start studying as soon as notes have been given out. Just starting to memorize some at first and then reviewing when the next notes are given help very much. I repeat the process every time new notes are produced, and still going over a little of the old notes for the all around intelligence. If I need a frustration or tired break i take a 20 to 30 minute nap and resume, I work out core and arms with pushups, sit ups, crunches, and more. I could take a break and play video games for 30 minutes then resume study and keep testing to know if I mastered my notes, or I simply just get a snack. I always need at least 8 hours of rest to keep up and not be tired. The best way of study for me is to draw pictures to memorize if possible. I also can write the things down I need to memorize over and over until it's sunk in, I could also make it a game. I have a mini basketball hoop and if I shoot it and miss it, I must keep looking at it over and over until I make it. If I am incorrect on some answers in my notes I must shoot the basket until I make it then move on. Repetition, images, personal comfort, blowing off steam, and games have always helped me remember the most.
