The best way I prepare myself for the test is making notes cards and highlighting the important sentences in the notes. Highlighting helps me see clearly what I have to learn and if I don't understand then the explanation of the question is right underneath it. This is the best technique because we are humans and we tend to forget sometimes. Everything we learn is not going to stick into our brain. The third strategy is I try to go over everything at evening before I go to bed and the next day in the morning. Getting a good night's sleep is the most important because everything we learn during day, our brain is not going to remember it. Not getting a proper goodnight sleep also have showed negative effect. So, learning important things at night makes me remember more as I personally think that my minds revises the same thing over and over again during night. I tend to wake up early on the test day and revise the material as in the early morning your brain tends to have more concentration and we tend to forget things less. I use note cards before the test just to freshen up my memory as our brain may tend to forget what we learned. I also try not to play music and have any type of distraction around me because when you are learning, concentration is very important and if you lose that our brain in not going to remember even a simple thing. I also try to do mediation everyday for 10 minutes and it has personally have helped me increase my concentration a lot. Theses are my all the test preparation practices before I take any exam.
