What is Mometrix University?

Mometrix University is a set of online test prep courses for various tests and exams.  In each course, we include lessons taken from our best selling study guides and practice questions to help you build confidence.  Mometrix University contains ALL of our test prep in one location so that you can learn however and wherever you like.

Instead of being limited in your choices of study guides, flashcards, or practice questions, get everything you could possible need for your learning style, whether that be visual, auditory, or something else.  If you like to track your progress and check off lessons as you do them, we have a progress monitor that allows you to pick up where you left off and have the satisfaction of marking every lesson you take complete.

How do I get Mometrix University for my college/university?

Mometrix University is being developed for schools and educational institutions.  To have your organization be one of the first to receive an exclusive rate, please fill out this form.  

How do I subscribe to a course?

At the Mometrix University homepage, select the course that best suits your needs.  On the next page, click any of the “sign up now” buttons to begin the payment process.

How do I change the billing information for my subscription?

Go to your My Account page, click Addresses, and click Edit on either your billing or shipping address.

How do I unsubscribe?

After logging in to Mometrix University:

  1.     Go to your My Account page (found in the upper right corner)
  2.     Click Subscriptions
  3.     Click “View” on your subscription
  4.     Click “Cancel Subscription” 
  5.     A green box will state “Your subscription has been cancelled.”

When does my subscription end?

Once you have unsubscribed from a course :

  1.     Under “My subscriptions” you will have the option to renew.
  2.     If you do not renew, you will lose access to that course at the end of your pay period [30 days from your last payment].

For example, if you purchased the course on January 1st, 2020 and decided to unsubscribe on March 3rd—you will no longer have access starting April 1st.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Mometrix University offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase access to a Mometrix University course and decide that it’s not right for you, you can get a full refund if you contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase. After the seven day trial period has ended, you will not be able to obtain a refund for the month’s subscription.

To ask for a satisfaction refund, click the “Contact Us” button or just email us at universityhelp@mometrix.com with the subject line “Satisfaction Guarantee Refund.” Be sure to provide us with your name and order number so we can cancel the right subscription.

Is the Satisfaction Guarantee a Free Trial?

No. While Mometrix University offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee, this should not be considered a “Free 7-day trial.” To get access to a Mometrix University course, you must first purchase access. After seven days has ended, you will not be able to obtain a refund for the month’s subscription.

What is your refund policy?

Can I switch my course?

We understand that sometimes different schools want different certifications or tests. If you ever need to switch your course, please email us at universityhelp@mometrix.com. We would be more than happy to assist you with this!

Do you have a live chat option?

Yes! Just click the yellow chat icon in the bottom right of your screen, to chat with us live (between 9AM and 3PM CST).

How are courses structured?

Courses are composed of lessons, topics, quizzes, and flashcards that follow the official test outline.

How do I see my answers on a practice test?

Simply click the “Quiz Summary” button at the top of the test or underneath the last question. Then click the “Finish Quiz” button to see the correct answers and answer explanations.

How do I check my practice test results after I’ve left the test?

If you have already left the Quiz Summary screen, then you can still see your answers for any and all practice tests you have taken by following these steps:

  1.     Press “My Account” in the top right-hand corner.
  2.     Find your course and press the blue “Expand All” button.
  3.     Once expanded, you can scroll to find which test you would like to see the results for.
  4.     Once you find the test, press the paper icon that is between the score % and the date.
  5.     A window will pop up that says, “User statistics: (your username)” and underneath will be all the questions from that particular practice test.
  6.     For each question, you can press the “view” button to see the correct answer and rationale.
