Some great test preparation practice I believe are very effective are sleeping for 7-9 hours the day before, a breakfast and study the morning of and 10 minutes before the test. I believe that sleep is very important for you because it keeps you focused same with a good nutritious breakfast. Studying in the morning will start your day off thinking of the test. Studying 10 minutes before will keep the material fresh in your mind.
