The KIs pertain to the concepts covered in the 14 HR functional areas, while the FKIs pertain to concepts covered in the 9 behavioral competencies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Situational Judgment Questions<\/strong><br \/>\nThe situational judgment questions (SJIs) evaluate your decision-making skills and quality of judgment. If you only know the right answers to the sample questions, you won\u2019t be prepared for the real thing.
