Like most tests of this nature, the ILTS Social Science: Sociology and Anthropology Test is three hours and 45 minutes long. This computer-based test consists of 125 multiple-choice questions. A minimum score of 240 is required to pass.
There are four subareas: social science foundations, history common core, sociology and anthropology. You will also be tested on customs and values, historical concepts and terms, major trends in U.S. and world history, society, individual development, groups and institutions, social inequality, deviance, conformity, cultures, cultural diversity, economic and political dimensions of culture, family, kinship and descent.
